Please complete steps in order
This packet must be completed prior to your in person meeting.
This form must be completed by every single district you have worked for previously, regardless of the length of employment. You will send the form to your previous Districts, who will confirm employment and affirm compliance with AB2534, which requires employers to disclose any previous incidents of egregious misconduct.
Print and take completed form to PDQ, 216 F Street, Davis, CA 95616. An appointment is necessary but call ahead for hours at (530) 756-7084. If you do not have the form, you will be asked to come back with it.
All District Employees must provide proof of negative TB test results or provide a doctor completed waiver. Submit proof to your HR technician. See the waiver in the link below.
Official transcripts allow us to verify your salary placement. Transcripts must come either electronically directly from the University/college to Personnel Services, or be brought in person, sealed (official). Copies may not be used for salary placement.
Part of the employment hiring process is completion of the mandated trainings. To access the trainings, please follow the steps below:
Open the webpage www.targetsolutions.com/davisjusd
Enter your username which is your email address
Enter your temporary password which is Training1!
Verify your email address twice in the window provided and then click the “send verification email.”
Check your email inbox for a verification from Target Solutions. If it is not there, check your spam/junk folder. Click on the link to confirm your email.
The final step is to complete the new user account information form and submit
